这个国庆，我们将从上海出发前往嘉兴南北湖。你可以选择轻徒步、皮划艇或桨板，之后一起享用湖畔烧烤。

本次活动 Family-Friendly亲子友好，欢迎成年人、朋友和亲子家庭参加。未成年人须由家长或法定监护人全程陪同。

This National Holiday, join us for a day at Nanbei Lake with your choice of hiking, kayaking or SUP, followed by a lakeside BBQ.

This is a family-friendly event for adults, friends and families. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

这是一日往返活动，不安排过夜。 This is a one-day return trip with no overnight stay.

双人及三人票为整组总价，只需购买一张，并提交所有参加者的信息。请自行确认同行人，不安排随机拼艇或拼板。

Double and triple tickets are total group prices. Purchase one ticket and provide information for every participant. Random pairing is not provided.

儿童与成人同价。儿童参加水上项目须与家长同行，并符合现场安全要求。

Children are charged at the same rate as adults. Children joining water activities must participate with a parent and meet the operator's safety requirements.

【行程安排｜Itinerary】

07:00–08:30｜上海集合出发 Shanghai Pick-ups 从三个集合点依次出发。Depart from the three Shanghai pick-up points.

10:30左右｜抵达南北湖 Arrival at Nanbei Lake 签到、活动说明并根据票种分组。Check in, receive a briefing and divide into activity groups.

11:00–13:30｜徒步 / 桨板 / 皮划艇 Hiking / SUP / Kayaking 具体时间和顺序可能根据天气及现场情况调整。Timing may be adjusted according to weather and on-site conditions.

14:00–17:00｜湖畔烧烤 Lakeside BBQ 一起烧烤、休息和自由交流。Enjoy the BBQ, relax and socialise by the lake.

17:00左右｜集合返沪 Return to Shanghai

19:30左右｜预计抵达上海 Estimated Arrival in Shanghai 国庆期间可能堵车，请勿在当晚安排时间紧张的行程。 Holiday traffic may cause delays. Avoid tightly scheduled plans that evening.

• 防滑运动鞋或徒步鞋 Shoes with good grip
• 至少1.5L饮用水 At least 1.5 L of water
• 防晒霜、帽子及太阳镜 Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
• 雨具及驱蚊液 Rain gear and insect repellent
• 个人药品、手机及充电宝 Personal medication, phone and power bank

【安全说明｜Safety】

• 水上活动期间必须正确穿着救生衣 Life jackets must be worn during water activities
• 请听从领队、教练及现场工作人员安排 Follow the guides, instructors and event team
• 不得擅自离开队伍或指定水域 Stay with the group and within the designated water area
• 饮酒后不得参加水上项目 Do not join water activities after drinking alcohol
• 身体不适时请立即告知工作人员 Inform the team immediately if you feel unwell

儿童参加要求：能够独立行走，并具备基本的自主意识和听从安全指示的能力。未成年人须由家长或法定监护人全程陪同。 Children must be able to walk independently, have basic situational awareness, and follow safety instructions. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

【天气说明｜Weather Policy】

阴天及一般小雨原则上正常进行。水上项目可能因风力、水况或安全原因调整。

The event normally proceeds in cloudy weather and light rain. Water activities may be adjusted due to wind, water conditions or safety concerns.

如遇中到大雨、雷暴、大风、台风、极端高温、官方预警或临时关闭，活动可能调整、延期或取消。请以活动群内通知为准。

The event may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, typhoons, extreme heat, official warnings or closures. Please follow updates in the event group.

【退改政策｜Cancellation Policy】

活动开始前48小时以上｜More Than 48 Hours Before 可申请取消或更改报名。双人及三人票原则上整张退改，也可提前联系工作人员更换参加者。 Cancellation or changes are allowed. Group tickets should normally be changed or cancelled together. Participant replacements may be requested in advance.

活动开始前48小时内｜Within 48 Hours 原则上不接受退款或改期。 Refunds and rescheduling are generally unavailable.

迟到或未参加｜Late Arrival or No-Show 迟到未能乘车或当天未参加，费用不予退还。 No refund is provided for missing the coach or not attending.

活动途中退出｜Withdrawal During the Event 个人原因退出将扣除至少50%，已产生且无法退回的费用另行扣除。 Personal withdrawal incurs a charge of at least 50%, plus any non-refundable costs already incurred.

如因极端天气、官方管控或主办方原因无法进行，延期、调整或退款方案将另行通知。

If the event cannot proceed due to extreme weather, official restrictions or organizer-related reasons, alternative or refund arrangements will be announced.

2. 未成年人须由家长或法定监护人全程陪同并负责看护。 Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

3. 活动期间可能拍摄照片和视频用于活动记录及宣传；如不希望出镜，请提前告知。 Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and promotion. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear.

4. 请勿乱扔垃圾，烧烤结束后请协助清理个人区域。 Do not litter and please help clean your area after the BBQ.

5. 户外及水上活动存在滑倒、扭伤、晒伤、虫咬、落水及碰撞等风险。报名即代表你已阅读并理解相关信息。 Outdoor and water activities involve inherent risks. By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood the event information.
