Love You, Laoji｜爱你，老己

“爱你老己”，其实就是“爱你自己”。 把自己当成一个老朋友，温柔一点，少一点自责，多一点理解。

这是一场轻松的 Free Talks + 手作活动， 我们会围绕「爱你老己」这个话题自由聊天， 不用准备发言，也没有标准答案。

活动中还包含 新年手工 DIY（咖啡手串等伴手礼）和 写对联的小环节， 一边动手，一边聊天，在新年到来前，给自己一个慢下来的晚上。

全程约 2 小时，适合想放松、想聊天、也想安静和自己待一会儿的人。

“Love you, laoji” simply means loving yourself — treating yourself like an old friend, with kindness and patience.

This event combines Free Talks and hands-on DIY activities in a relaxed setting. We’ll casually explore the topic *Love You, Laoji*, with no pressure to speak and no right or wrong answers.

You’ll also take part in a New Year DIY workshop (coffee-bead bracelets and small handmade gifts), and a Spring Couplets writing session.

The whole event lasts about 2 hours — a gentle space to slow down, connect, and start the new year with care.
