Coffee Talk English Corner: Order, Chat & Play

Join us for a relaxed Sunday English Corner at Yegu Coffee, where we’ll practise real-life English through games, conversation, and a café role-play activity.

We’ll begin with a short opening and self-introduction session, so everyone can get comfortable and meet each other. Then we’ll play Two Truths and One Lie: each person shares three statements about themselves — two are true, and one is false. Others will listen, discuss, and guess which one is the lie. It’s a simple way to relax, get to know each other better, and practise both listening and speaking.

After that, we’ll move into a practical café-themed role play: Ordering a Drink in English. You’ll practise how to order coffee or tea, ask questions, make small requests, and respond naturally in a real café situation.

This is not a formal class. All English levels are welcome. You don’t need to speak perfect English or prepare anything in advance — just come ready to talk, listen, and enjoy a slower Sunday afternoon with new friends.
