这个夏天，和我们一起前往浙江余姚黑龙潭，深入四明山的清凉溪谷。

黑龙潭拥有四明山地区极具代表性的清澈水质，沿途分布着蓝绿色水潭、峡谷岩壁、溪流与天然瀑布景观。本次活动将结合溪谷徒步、涉水穿越、天然水潭体验和跳潭挑战，在炎热的夏季感受清凉而刺激的户外旅程。

部分路段需要在湿滑岩石、溪流和峡谷地形中行走，个别位置可能需要手脚并用通过。活动对具备基本体能的新手开放，但参加者需有良好的行动能力，不恐水，并愿意接受一定程度的户外挑战。

Escape the summer heat with a canyoning adventure at Black Dragon Pool in Yuyao, Zhejiang.

Hidden in the Siming Mountains, the area is known for its clear blue-green pools, rocky gorges, streams and natural waterfalls. This experience combines stream trekking, water crossings and optional guided pool jumps for a refreshing and adventurous day outdoors.

Some sections involve walking over wet rocks, through shallow water and across uneven canyon terrain. Participants may occasionally need to use both hands and feet. The activity is open to physically active beginners, but participants should have good mobility, feel comfortable around water and be prepared for a moderate outdoor challenge.

黑龙潭拥有四明山地区较为出色的水质，沿途可以看到清澈的蓝绿色水潭、峡谷岩石、溪流和瀑布景观。

活动将在溪流与峡谷中穿行，包含涉水、湿滑岩石行走、溪谷徒步和简单攀爬。部分路段需要手脚并用，建议参加者具备基本体能和良好的平衡能力。

Black Dragon Pool is known for its clear blue-green water, natural pools, rocky gorges, streams and waterfall scenery.

The route includes stream crossings, walking over wet rocks, canyon trekking and some basic scrambling. Participants should have basic fitness and good balance.

天然水潭｜Natural Blue Pools

沿途分布着多个清澈的天然水潭，可以在领队确认安全的区域内玩水、游泳和休息，感受四明山溪谷的清凉水质。

The route features several clear natural pools where participants may swim, relax and enjoy the water in areas approved by the trip leaders.

跳潭体验｜Guided Pool Jumps

部分水潭周围的天然岩石形成了跳水平台。在领队确认水深、落点和现场环境安全后，参加者可根据自身能力和意愿体验跳潭。

跳潭并非强制项目。不会游泳、身体不适、恐高或缺乏信心的参加者可以选择不参加。

Some natural pools feature rock platforms suitable for jumping. Participants may join only after the trip leaders have checked the water depth, landing area and current conditions.

Pool jumping is optional. Participants who cannot swim, feel unwell, are uncomfortable with heights or do not feel confident may skip this activity.

【目的地介绍｜About the Destination】

黑龙潭位于浙江余姚四明山区域，峡谷内分布着溪流、天然瀑布、岩壁和多个蓝绿色水潭。这里水质清澈，夏季溪谷内体感相对凉爽，是适合开展溯溪、涉水、游泳和跳潭活动的自然场地。

由于路线位于自然环境中，水流、水位、岩石湿滑程度和道路通行条件可能受到近期天气影响。领队将根据当天实际情况调整路线及体验项目。

Black Dragon Pool is located in the Siming Mountain area of Yuyao, Zhejiang. The canyon features streams, natural waterfalls, rocky walls and a series of blue-green pools. Its clear water and relatively cool summer environment make it suitable for canyoning, swimming and guided pool jumps.

As the route is located in a natural environment, water levels, currents, slippery surfaces and access conditions may change depending on recent weather. The route and activities may be adjusted according to the conditions on the day.

【行程安排｜Itinerary】

07:00 世纪大道集合点准时发车。 Bus departs from Century Avenue on time.

07:30 宜山路集合点接人并出发。 Pick-up at Yishan Road.

08:15 松江新城集合点接人，随后前往浙江余姚。 Final pick-up at Songjiang Xincheng, followed by departure for Yuyao.

11:00左右｜Around 11:00 到达目的地，整理装备并开始徒步溯溪。 Arrive at the destination, prepare equipment and begin stream trekking.

12:30左右｜Around 12:30 午餐休息。请自行准备方便携带的路餐。 Lunch break. Please bring your own portable lunch.

13:00左右｜Around 13:00 继续溯溪，体验天然水潭、游泳及跳潭项目。 Continue canyoning, with time for swimming and optional guided pool jumps.

17:00--18:00 活动结束，整理装备并乘坐大巴返回上海。 Finish the activity, change clothes and prepare for the return journey.

1. 领队指导服务｜Trip Leader Support 活动过程中由户外领队负责路线组织、队伍管理、现场指导和安全提醒。 Outdoor trip leaders will manage the route, group movement, on-site guidance and safety reminders. 2. 危险区域管理｜Hazard Management 领队将根据水位、水流、岩石湿滑程度和现场情况判断可通行区域。参加者不得擅自进入深水区、急流区或未开放区域。 Trip leaders will assess water levels, currents, slippery surfaces and route conditions. Participants must not enter deep water, strong currents or restricted areas without permission. 3. 跳潭安全确认｜Pool Jump Safety Checks 所有跳潭项目必须在领队确认水深、落点及现场环境安全后进行。参加者不得擅自跳水。 All pool jumps require prior approval after the trip leaders have checked the water depth, landing area and surrounding conditions. 4. 活动意外保险｜Accident Insurance 主办方将为每位参加者购买活动意外伤害保险。 Accident insurance will be purchased for each participant. 5. 动态调整路线｜Route Adjustments 如遇水位上涨、强降雨、道路湿滑或其他不适合继续活动的情况，领队有权取消部分项目、调整路线或提前结束活动。 The trip leader may cancel individual activities, change the route or end the trip early if water levels, rain, slippery conditions or other safety concerns make it necessary.

参加者本人或代报名人员必须提供真实、完整、准确的姓名、身份证件号码、性别、出生日期等保险信息。因提供错误、虚假或不完整信息导致保险无效的，相关责任由报名者本人承担。

Participants or the person registering on their behalf must provide complete and accurate insurance information, including legal name, identification or passport number, gender and date of birth. The participant is responsible for any insurance failure caused by incorrect, false or incomplete information.

户外水上活动无法完全消除风险。参加者应根据自身健康状况、体能、游泳能力和户外经验谨慎报名，并对个人行为负责。

Outdoor water activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. Participants should assess their health, fitness, swimming ability and outdoor experience before registering and remain responsible for their own actions.

【退改政策｜Cancellation Policy】

1. 活动开始前48小时以上 可申请取消或更改报名。 Cancellations or booking changes may be requested more than 48 hours before the activity begins. 2. 活动开始前48小时内 不可取消或更改报名。 Cancellations and booking changes are not accepted within 48 hours of the activity. 3. 强制退出 如在不可退改时间内因个人原因必须退出，将扣除活动费用的50%，剩余部分退还。 If a participant must withdraw within the non-refundable period due to personal reasons, 50% of the activity fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded. 4. 活动当天缺席 当天不参加、临时取消、迟到或未赶上大巴，均视为主动放弃活动，费用不予退还。 No refund will be provided for absence, same-day cancellation, lateness or missing the bus. 5. 名额转让 如需将名额转让给其他人，必须提前联系主办方，并在规定时间内提交新参加者的完整保险信息。未经确认不得自行转让。 To transfer a booking, participants must contact the organizer in advance and provide the new participant's complete insurance information within the required time. Transfers are not valid without confirmation.

1. 今年景区增设了交通稽查点，大巴可能无法直接进入下水点。参加者可能需要步行约1.8公里公路进入活动区域。如当天景区安排接驳车辆，将统一乘坐接驳车进入，请服从现场安排。

Due to new traffic control checkpoints, the bus may not be able to reach the canyon entrance directly. Participants may need to walk approximately 1.8 kilometres along a paved road. If a local shuttle is available, the group will take the shuttle together.

1. 行程时间为预估时间。户外活动及长途交通存在堵车、天气变化等不可控因素，活动当天请不要安排晚间聚餐、返程交通或其他时间要求严格的行程。

All times are estimates. Traffic, weather and outdoor conditions may cause delays. Please do not arrange evening dinners, onward transport or other time-sensitive plans on the same day.

1. 小雨通常正常出行；如遇中到大雨、雷暴、水位异常或其他不适合开展活动的天气，主办方可能取消、改期或调整活动内容。

The activity will normally continue in light rain. It may be cancelled, rescheduled or modified in the event of moderate or heavy rain, thunderstorms, unsafe water levels or other unsuitable conditions.

1. 请勿擅自离队、进入深水区或急流区域。未经领队确认，不得自行跳潭、攀爬岩石或进入未开放区域。

Do not leave the group or enter deep water or strong currents. Do not jump into pools, climb rocks or enter restricted areas without approval from the trip leaders.

1. 不会游泳的参加者应提前告知领队，并避免进入深水区域。跳潭项目仅建议具备游泳能力和水中自救能力的参加者体验。

Participants who cannot swim must inform the trip leaders in advance and avoid deep water. Pool jumping is recommended only for participants with swimming and basic water-safety ability.

1. 饮酒后、身体不适、患有不适合剧烈运动或水上活动的疾病，或近期有严重外伤的人员，不建议参加。

Participants should not attend after drinking alcohol, while feeling unwell, with medical conditions unsuitable for strenuous or water-based activities, or with a recent serious injury.

1. 请爱护自然环境，不乱扔垃圾，不使用可能污染水源的洗护产品，并将个人垃圾全部带离活动区域。

Please protect the natural environment. Do not leave rubbish or use products that may pollute the water. Carry all personal waste out of the area.
