【目的地介绍｜About the Destination】

龙王山位于浙江省湖州市安吉县西南部，地处黄浦江源头区域。这里森林和竹林密布，山谷幽深，溪流、水潭和岩石河床交错分布，是长三角地区较受欢迎的夏季户外目的地之一。

Longwang Mountain is located in southwestern Anji County, Huzhou, Zhejiang, within the headwater region of the Huangpu River. The area is known for its dense forests, bamboo-covered valleys, mountain streams, natural pools, and rocky streambeds, making it a popular summer outdoor destination in the Yangtze River Delta.

本次活动将在龙王山附近的天然峡谷内进行。我们将沿着溪流向峡谷内部行进，途中经过浅水区、石滩、天然水潭和竹林路段，在领队组织下体验峡谷穿行、涉水徒步和清凉水上互动。

This activity takes place in a natural canyon near Longwang Mountain. The group will follow the stream through shallow-water crossings, rocky sections, natural pools, and bamboo-covered scenery, with guided canyon trekking and supervised water activities along the way.

这并非普通的景区平地游览。溪中岩石可能湿滑，部分路面高低不平，参与者需要具备基本体力、平衡能力和户外安全意识。

This is not a standard sightseeing walk on paved ground. Rocks may be wet and slippery, and the terrain can be uneven. Basic fitness, balance, and outdoor safety awareness are required.

活动难度｜Difficulty 休闲至初级户外难度。路线包含湿滑岩石、溪流水面、浅水区及不平整路面，需要一定的体力和平衡能力。 Recreational to beginner-level outdoor difficulty. The route includes wet rocks, shallow water, stream crossings, and uneven terrain, requiring a reasonable level of fitness and balance.

午餐安排｜Lunch Arrangement 抵达安吉后，将统一安排大家在当地农家乐用餐，费用由参与者现场 AA分摊。如有素食、清真、食物过敏或其他饮食要求，请提前告知。

After arriving in Anji, the group will have lunch at a local farmhouse restaurant. The cost will be shared equally among participants and is not included in the activity fee. Please inform us in advance of any vegetarian, halal, allergy-related, or other dietary requirements.

【行程安排｜Itinerary】

07:00｜世纪大道出发

07:00｜Departure from Century Avenue

车辆准时从世纪大道地铁站出发，请提前到达并完成签到。

The bus will depart from Century Avenue Metro Station on time. Please arrive early and complete check-in before departure.

07:30｜宜山路接人

07:30｜Pick-up at Yishan Road

在宜山路地铁站接上第二批参与者后继续出发。

The second group of participants will be picked up at Yishan Road Metro Station.

08:30｜松江新城接人

08:30｜Pick-up at Songjiang Xincheng

完成最后一个上车点接人后，正式前往安吉。

After the final pick-up, the group will continue to Anji.

上午｜服务区休息与破冰互动

Morning｜Service-area Break and Group Introduction

由于出发时间较早，车辆将在第一个合适的高速服务区安排短暂休息。再次出发后，领队将组织简单的自我介绍和互动，方便大家认识同行伙伴。

As the trip starts early, the bus will stop at the first suitable highway service area for a short break. After departure, the guide will organize brief introductions and group interaction.

11:30左右｜抵达安吉

Around 11:30｜Arrival in Anji

预计抵达龙王山附近，随后前往当地农家乐统一用午餐。餐费由参与者现场AA分摊。

The group is expected to arrive near Longwang Mountain and have lunch at a local farmhouse restaurant. Lunch will be paid separately and shared among participants.

13:00左右｜安全说明与溯溪开始

Around 13:00｜Safety Briefing and Stream Trekking

领队将进行路线介绍、安全说明和个人装备检查。随后大家轻装进入峡谷，在领队和户外教练带领下沿溪流前进。

The guide will introduce the route, provide a safety briefing, and check participants’ equipment. The group will then enter the canyon and follow the stream under the guidance of the team leaders and outdoor instructor.

全程溯溪路段约2公里，沿途将经过竹林、溪流、石滩、浅水区和天然水潭，并安排泼水互动及团队水战。

The stream-trekking section is approximately 2 km and passes through bamboo forests, rocky streambeds, shallow-water areas, and natural pools. Supervised water games and group activities will be included.

活动期间必须遵守领队指令，不得擅自离队、进入未经确认的深水区域，或在未经允许的位置跳水、潜水和攀爬。

Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Do not leave the group, enter unapproved deep-water areas, or jump, dive, or climb without permission.

16:30左右｜结束溯溪

Around 16:30｜End of Stream Trekking

返回溯溪起点，更换干燥衣物，整理个人装备。

The group will return to the starting point, change into dry clothes, and organize personal belongings.

17:00左右｜返回上海

Around 17:00｜Departure for Shanghai

全员集合并完成清点后，乘车返回上海。

After everyone has regrouped and attendance has been checked, the bus will depart for Shanghai.

20:00左右｜抵达上海

Around 20:00｜Arrival in Shanghai

预计晚上20:00左右回到上海。实际抵达时间可能受到天气、交通和活动进度影响。

The estimated arrival time in Shanghai is around 20:00. The actual arrival time may vary depending on weather, traffic, and the group’s progress.

我们将为参加活动的伙伴提供以下安全保障：

The following safety support will be provided:

1. 全程领队陪同 领队负责队伍组织、人员清点、路线控制及现场协调。

Group leaders throughout the activity The guides will manage the group, conduct attendance checks, control the route, and coordinate on-site arrangements.

2. 专业户外教练指导 在湿滑岩石、涉水路段、水潭及其他需要注意的区域提供通过指导和安全提醒。

Professional outdoor instructor guidance Safety instructions and assistance will be provided at slippery, wet, rocky, and uneven sections.

3. 户外意外保险 活动费用包含活动期间的户外意外保险。具体保障范围及赔付标准以保险合同条款为准。

Outdoor accident insurance Outdoor accident insurance is included. Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms of the insurance policy.

4. 天气与水位评估 活动前将结合安吉当地及溪流上游的降雨、水位、雷电、山洪和地质灾害预警，对路线安全进行评估。

Weather and water-level assessment Local and upstream rainfall, water levels, thunderstorms, flash-flood risks, and geological-hazard warnings will be assessed before the activity.

参与者安全要求｜Participant Safety Requirements

• 不得擅自离队或独自进入深水区
• 不得在未经领队确认的位置跳水、潜水或攀爬
• 不会游泳或对深水感到紧张者，须提前告知领队
• 饮酒后不得参加活动
• 如出现身体不适、受伤或装备损坏，应立即告知领队
• 请根据自己的身体情况量力而行，不勉强通过不适合自己的路段
• Do not leave the group or enter deep water alone
• Do not jump, dive, or climb without the guide’s approval
• Inform the guide in advance if you cannot swim or are uncomfortable in deep water
• Participation after drinking alcohol is not permitted
• Report any illness, injury, or damaged equipment immediately
• Participate within your own physical limits and do not attempt any section that feels unsafe

【天气说明｜Weather Policy】

户外溯溪活动受天气、水位和山区环境影响较大。活动是否正常开展，不仅取决于上海天气，还需要结合安吉当地及溪流上游的降雨情况综合判断。

Outdoor stream trekking is highly affected by weather, water levels, and mountain conditions. Decisions will be based not only on the weather in Shanghai but also on local and upstream rainfall in Anji.

• 阴天：原则上正常进行。
• 小雨：如溪流水位正常，且不存在雷电、山洪或其他安全风险，活动可正常进行或适当调整路线。
• 中到大雨、雷暴、台风、强对流天气、山洪或地质灾害预警：活动可能取消、延期或更换为更安全的路线。
• 即使活动所在地暂时无雨，如上游持续降雨或水位异常，也可能取消溯溪部分。
• Cloudy conditions: The activity will normally proceed.
• Light rain: The activity may proceed or use an adjusted route if water levels remain safe and there is no thunderstorm, flash-flood, or other safety risk.
• Moderate or heavy rain, thunderstorms, typhoons, severe weather, flash-flood warnings, or geological-hazard warnings: The activity may be cancelled, postponed, or moved to a safer route.
• The stream-trekking section may also be cancelled if upstream rainfall causes unsafe water levels, even when it is not raining at the activity site.

如因安全原因由组织方取消活动，将根据实际情况提供改期名额或按照原支付渠道办理退款，具体安排以活动群通知为准。

If the organizer cancels the activity for safety reasons, participants will be offered a transfer to another date or a refund through the original payment channel, depending on the circumstances.

【退改政策｜Cancellation Policy】

活动开始前48小时以上

More Than 48 Hours Before the Activity

可通过原报名渠道自行申请取消或改期。

Participants may request cancellation or transfer through the original registration channel.

活动开始前48小时以内

Within 48 Hours of the Activity

原则上不支持退改。如因特殊情况必须退出，将扣除活动费用的 50%，剩余金额按照原支付渠道退回。

Cancellations and transfers are generally not accepted. In exceptional circumstances, a cancellation may be processed with a 50% deduction, and the remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment channel.

活动当天

On the Day of the Activity

活动当天临时取消、迟到未能上车或未到场，均视为主动放弃活动，费用不予退还。

Same-day cancellations, missing the bus due to late arrival, or failure to attend will be treated as voluntary withdrawal and are non-refundable.

如报名者自行找到符合活动要求的替补参与者，请提前联系组织方完成报名信息及保险信息变更。未经组织方确认，不得自行转让名额。

Participants who find a suitable replacement must contact the organizer in advance to update the registration and insurance information. Places may not be transferred without confirmation.

1. 行程中的所有时间均为预估时间。山区活动和长途交通可能受到堵车、天气变化、队伍速度和临时路线调整等因素影响。建议活动当天不要安排返程高铁、航班、重要会议或时间紧张的聚会。

All times are estimates. Mountain activities and long-distance travel may be affected by traffic, weather, group pace, and route adjustments. Please avoid scheduling a train, flight, important meeting, or time-sensitive dinner immediately after the activity.

1. 活动当天的具体安排以领队通知为准。领队有权根据天气、水位、现场环境和队伍整体情况缩短、调整或取消部分路线。

The final schedule is subject to the guide’s instructions. The guide may shorten, adjust, or cancel part of the route according to weather, water levels, on-site conditions, or the overall group situation.

1. 如有心脑血管疾病、严重哮喘、癫痫、近期骨骼或关节损伤，或其他可能影响涉水运动的健康情况，请在报名前谨慎评估并提前告知组织方。

Participants with cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, epilepsy, recent bone or joint injuries, or other conditions that may affect participation should assess their suitability carefully and inform the organizer before registering.

1. 溯溪过程中衣物和鞋子很可能完全湿透，请务必携带完整的替换衣物，并提前做好手机、证件和贵重物品的防水保护。

Your clothes and shoes are likely to get completely wet. Bring a full change of clothes and protect your phone, identification documents, and valuables from water.

1. 天然峡谷并非人工水上乐园。水深、石面状态和路线难度会随降雨、水位及季节发生变化，请保持合理的户外活动预期。

A natural canyon is not a managed water park. Water depth, rock conditions, and route difficulty may change with rainfall, water levels, and the season.

1. 请爱护自然环境，随身带走所有垃圾，不向溪流中丢弃任何物品，不随意采摘植物或捕捉溪流中的野生动物。

Please protect the natural environment by taking all rubbish with you, keeping the stream clean, and not picking plants or catching wildlife.
